These classes are for those who wish to further explore all aspects of yoga to refine, strengthen and deepen their understanding and practice of alignment, breath, focus and relaxation.
Yoga is intrinsically about the individual and beginners may be accommodated. – please contact me to discuss this

All these friendly classes combine practices to help bring balance.  Each student is an individual with personal needs. Learners are encouraged to work within their own range of movement at each class.

Learning to listen to the body is an art, different versions and stages of postures and breathing practices are offered and there is an emphasis on the importance of discovering your own ‘edge’  within which to play.

TUESDAY

9.30 – 11.00 am

ON LINE CLASS VIA ZOOM

I teach hatha yoga on zoom with attention to safe alignment in gentle flow and somatic practices for self inquiry and self discovery.  There are usually also some held postures for strength and flexibility, and the opportunity to discover how breath can offer support in yoga and life.

I consider classes to be an invitation to the individual to explore their practice mindfully in whatever way that serves them on the day, whilst staying safe.  

Members of the class are offered choices throughout and encouraged to develop their interoception.
