These classes are for those who wish to further explore all aspects of yoga to refine, strengthen and deepen their understanding and practice of alignment, breath, focus and relaxation.
Yoga is intrinsically about the individual and beginners may be accommodated. – please contact me to discuss this

All these friendly classes combine practices to help bring balance.  Each student is an individual with personal needs. Learners are encouraged to work within their own range of movement at each class.

Learning to listen to the body is an art, different versions and stages of postures and breathing practices are offered and there is an emphasis on the importance of discovering your own ‘edge’  within which to play.
